# i-Repo Managerへのログイン・基本操作

## **i-Repo** Manager**へのログイン**

i-Repo ManagerのURLにアクセスし、ログイン画面でユーザー名とパスワードを入力してログインします。

* オンプレミス版をご利用の場合\

## **メインメニュー**

ログインユーザーに操作権限が付与されている機能のタブが表示されます。\
操作権限を持たないタブは表示されません。

* **帳票定義** \
  帳票定義の閲覧、管理、設定変更を行うことができます。&#x20;
* **入力帳票**\
  帳票定義から作成された、それぞれの入力帳票の閲覧、管理、設定変更、入力値の修正などを行うことができます。&#x20;
* **データー出力** \
  帳票定義ごとに、その帳票定義から作成された入力帳票のデーターを1行1帳票にまとめて出力することができます。&#x20;
* **自動帳票作成** \
  CSVやXMLを取り込み、あらかじめ入力値をセットした入力帳票を作成することができます。&#x20;
* **ラベル管理**\
  帳票定義、入力帳票などに付与するラベルのラベル名称、親子関係、アイコンなどを設定することができます。&#x20;
* **システム管理** \
  ユーザー管理、グループ管理、端末管理、メール通知設定などのシステム管理を行うことができます。

メインメニューの各項目から先では、作業内容により、機能別のサブメニューがツリー形式で表示されます。&#x20;

### **一覧の操作**

帳票定義/入力帳票などの一覧画面では、絞り込みや項目の追加/削除ができます

* **一覧の絞り込み** \
  主要な情報で帳票定義/入力帳票を絞り込むためのセレクトボックスやチェックボックスが表示されています。

* **件数設定、ページ移動**\
  1ページあたりの表示件数を変更することができます。（デフォルトは20です。）\
  帳票定義/入力帳票の数が表示件数を超えた場合、ページ移動ボタンが有効になります。

* **検索**\
  検索では、各一覧に応じた項目を使って検索を行うことができます。

* **ラベルの追加と削除**\
  一覧から選択した帳票定義/入力帳票などに対して、まとめてラベルの追加/削除を行うことができます。<br>

* **削除**\
  一覧から選択した帳票定義/入力帳票を削除することができます。

  * **対象リビジョンのみ削除：**\
    指定されたリビジョンの帳票定義/入力帳票のみ削除します。 履歴が存在した場合はリビジョンダウンが発生し、一つ前のリビジョンの帳票定義/入力帳票が「最新」となります。
  * **履歴も含めて削除：**\
    リビジョンダウンではなく、不要になった帳票定義/入力帳票を削除したい場合に使用します。
    対象となる帳票定義/入力帳票を、履歴も含めてすべて削除します。

* **項目の追加** \
  ラベルの追加や、ユーザーの追加など、i-Repo Manager上で項目を追加できる場合は、「新規追加」ボタンが表示され、関連する項目を追加できます。

* **項目の編集**\
  帳票定義/入力帳票 情報画面やユーザー情報画面などでは、「編集」ボタンが表示され、表示中の項目を編集することができます。

## **データのロック**

帳票定義/入力帳票は、編集が競合しないようにロックによる排他制御が行われます。他のユーザーが編集していると、その帳票定義/入力帳票はロックされ、i-Repo Manager上で鍵アイコンが表示されます。\
鍵アイコンをクリックすることで、強制的にロックを解除することができます。
