# 入力帳票の作成・保存

i-Reporterアプリで入力帳票を新規作成（起票）し、データを入力します。\
入力完了後、入力帳票をサーバー保存してi-Repo Managerで内容を確認します。

## 入力帳票の作成・保存・確認**の流れ**

i-Reporterアプリを使用して、帳票定義から入力帳票を新規作成し、入力します。

## **入力帳票を新規作成・入力する**

i-Reporterアプリで帳票定義を選択し、入力帳票を新規作成（起票）します。

【手順】

1. i-Reporterアプリを起動し、ログインします。<br>

2. iOS版i-Reporterアプリをご使用の場合は画面下部の「i-Repo サーバー（<img src="/files/SRNUw8PamS92LEfK2VRn" alt="" data-size="line">）」を、Windows版i-Reporterアプリをご使用の場合は「サーバー（<img src="/files/irgaGdOpngp8qwZMCEnI" alt="" data-size="line">）」アイコンをタップします。

3. 「新規作成」をタップ ＞ 使用したい帳票定義をタップ ＞ 「この定義から帳票を作成する」をタップします。<br>

4. クラスターをタップして値を入力していきます。

## **入力帳票を保存する**

### **入力帳票をサーバーに保存する**

入力が完了したら、入力帳票をサーバーに保存します。

【手順】

1. iOS版i-Reporterアプリをご使用の場合は入力帳票編集画面上部の「雲（ <img src="/files/0Yd2yyD12iSH3VCsL6z0" alt="" data-size="line"> ）」アイコンを、Windows版i-Reporterアプリをご使用の場合は入力帳票編集画面上部の「サーバー（ <img src="/files/nPWUvRTuyTUTBu0DjOUV" alt="" data-size="line">）」アイコンをタップします。
2. 表示された保存メニューから1つを選択して、入力帳票をサーバーへ保存します。

### **保存の種類**

* **サーバーへ保存し編集継続**

  「編集中」ステータスで入力帳票をサーバー保存し、入力を続けます。
* **サーバーへ保存し編集終了（サーバーに保存）**

  「編集中」ステータスで入力帳票をサーバー保存し、入力を終了して編集画面を閉じます。
* **サーバーに完了処理**\
  「完了」ステータスで入力帳票をサーバー保存します。

  「完了処理」にて保存を行うと、その帳票を編集することができなくなります。

【入力帳票の編集ステータスについて】

入力帳票は、状態に応じて複数のステータスに分けられます。

* 編集中\
  編集が途中の状態です。再度その入力帳票を開いて入力を続けることができます。
* 完了（入力完了）\
  入力が完了し、入力帳票の内容が確定された状態です。\
  「入力完了」ステータスの入力帳票は編集できません。

上記以外に、「入力前」 「承認待ち」 「差し戻し」 のステータスが存在します。

### **入力帳票を端末に保存する方法**

編集した入力帳票を、端末本体に保存しておくこともできます。\
端末本体に保存した入力帳票は、後ほど忘れずにサーバー保存するようにしてください。

【手順】

1. iOS版i-Reporterアプリをご使用の場合は入力帳票編集画面左下の「フロッピーディスク（<img src="/files/Bk1Zhr8fBotmS1woRF07" alt="" data-size="line">）」アイコンをタップします。\
   Windows版i-Reporterアプリをご使用の場合は画面上部の「サーバー（ <img src="/files/nPWUvRTuyTUTBu0DjOUV" alt="" data-size="line">）」アイコン ＞ 「Windows(ローカル)に保存」をタップします。

端末にローカル保存した入力帳票は、帳票ライブラリー画面下部の「この端末」（Windows版i-Reporterアプリの場合は「端末（<img src="/files/5AtD9psKxfjakfd8TmL0" alt="" data-size="line">）」アイコン）をタップして「ローカル帳票ライブラリー」を表示すると確認できます。
