## **図書管理機能・図書参照機能とは**

図書管理機能・図書参照機能とは、入力の際に使用する資料などを予めConMasサーバーに登録し、iOS版i-Reporterアプリから閲覧できる機能です。

## **機能の特徴**

* **i-Reporterアプリ（iPadOS/iOS）から、ドキュメントの参照ができる**\
  入力途中で関連資料を参照したり、フリードローで資料の画像をコピーペーストすることができます。<br>
* **多様なファイル形式に対応**\
  Officeドキュメント（Excel、Word、PowerPoint）、PDF、画像（jpg、gif、png）、音声（mp3、wma、wav）、動画（mp4、mov）に対応しているほか、ラティステクノロジー社の3DビューワーiXVL用ファイルへの対応、更にWebページのURLの指定も可能です。<br>
* **「ラベル（仕訳）機能」の使用や「権限設定」が可能**\
  カテゴリーで絞り込み見たいファイルを探しやすくしたり、特定グループのみ閲覧できるようにする、といった設定ができます。<br>
* **「共通ライブラリ」と「帳票別ライブラリ（特定の入力帳票使用時のみ閲覧可能）」**\
  指定されている入力帳票の編集時のみ参照できるようすることが可能です。<br>
* **フリードローで使用する画像の登録が可能**

## **利用の流れ**

ドキュメント（図書ファイル）の登録と管理は、ConMas Managerにて行います。（図書管理機能）

ConMas Managerで登録したドキュメントを、i-Reporterアプリ（iPadOS/iOS）で参照します。（図書参照機能）
