# 帳票Excelファイル出力

## **帳票Excelファイルの出力とは？**

Excelファイルから作成されや帳票定義から起票した入力帳票は、入力帳票をExcelファイルとしてダイレクトに出力できます。\
帳票Excelファイルは、i-Reporterアプリで入力された値や写真、印影なども、そのままインプットされた状態で出力することが可能です。

## **Excelファイルの出力画面**

ConMas Managerの以下の２画面からそれぞれ、Excelファイルを出力することが可能です。

## **「入力帳票詳細」画面からExcel出力**

「入力帳票詳細」画面からExcelファイルを出力します。

【手順】

1. ConMas Managerの上部メニュー「入力帳票」をクリックして、入力帳票一覧画面を表示します。\
   一覧より、Excelファイル出力対象の帳票名をクリックして、入力帳票詳細画面を表示します。<br>

2. 「EXCEL」ボタンをクリックしてExcelファイルを出力します。<br>

【注意事項】

Excelファイルを出力可能な入力帳票は、「Excelより作成した帳票定義」から作成された入力帳票のみです。\
Excel出力できない入力帳票には「EXCEL」ボタンが表示されません。

## **「データー出力」機能からExcel出力**

「データー出力」機能にてCSVファイル出力と同時にExcelファイルを出力できます。

【手順】

1. ConMas Managerの上部メニュー「データー出力」をクリックして、定義選択画面を表示します。\
   画面を操作して出力確認画面へ進みます。

2. 出力確認画面からExcelファイルを出力します。\
   出力確認画面で「Excelを含む」チェックボックスにチェックし、「帳票データー出力」をクリックします。<br>
