# 履歴管理（帳票定義のリビジョンアップ）

## **リビジョンアップとは**

i-Reporterでは、帳票定義や入力帳票を更新することを「リビジョンアップ」と呼びます。\
編集時に帳票定義 または 入力帳票を上書き更新するのではなく、編集前の状態を履歴として残し、編集後の状態で新しいIDの帳票定義/入力帳票を新規作成します。\
コピーとは違い、元ＩＤ、リビジョン番号によって１本の枝のように履歴管理されます。

履歴は、以下の２項目により管理します。

同じ元IDの帳票定義/入力帳票内でリビジョン番号が最大のものを「最新」と呼びます。\
「最新」の帳票定義/入力帳票のみ、i-Repo Designer や i-Reporterアプリ にて 参照・編集 が可能です。

定義IDや帳票IDは、システム内で一意の連番になります。\
複数の帳票定義や入力帳票を運用している場合、1つの帳票定義や入力帳票単位で見るとIDは必ずしも連番にはなりません。

#### **リビジョンアップのタイミング**

**帳票定義におけるリビジョンアップのタイミング**\
i-Repo Designerにて、公開ステータス「公開」の帳票定義を開き、「保存する」、「公開する」、「テストする」をクリックした時。

**入力帳票におけるリビジョンアップのタイミング**\
「入力完了」となった入力帳票をi-Repo Managerにて「編集可能」にした時。

## **帳票定義をリビジョンアップする**

i-Repo Designerにて、公開ステータス「公開」の帳票定義を開き、「保存する」、「公開する」、「テストする」のいずれかをクリックしてサーバー保存を行うと、元の帳票定義に上書き保存はせず、リビジョンアップして新規IDの帳票定義を作成します。\
この時、元の帳票定義は履歴として残ります。

### **帳票定義の履歴から最新版を作成する**

i-Repo Designerを使用して、帳票定義の履歴から最新版を作成することができます。

【手順】

1. 履歴から最新版を作成したい帳票定義を、i-Repo Designerで開きます。

2. 「帳票定義情報設定」タブ ＞ 「この定義の履歴から最新版を作成する」をクリックします。

3. 画面左側の「帳票定義一覧」が、現在編集中の帳票定義の「履歴一覧」に切り替わります。\
   「履歴一覧」から、最新版として使用したいリビジョン番号の帳票定義をダブルクリックするか、選択して画面上部の「帳票定義を編集する」をクリックします。

4. 必要に応じて編集を行った後、「保存する」、「公開する」、「テストする」のいずれかでサーバー保存を実行すると、その帳票定義が最新版になります。

## **帳票定義を作成したi-Repo Designerのバージョンチェック**

帳票定義単位で、その帳票定義を作成したi-Repo Designerのバージョンチェックが行われます。\
現在PCにインストールされているi-Repo Designerよりも新しいバージョンのi-Repo Designerからサーバー保存された帳票定義はグレーの背景で表示され、編集 および コピー することができません。\
このような帳票定義を編集する際は、帳票定義名の下に記載されている「最終更新」以降のi-Repo Designerにバージョンアップしてください。

また、このような帳票定義を開こうとすると、i-Repo Designerのアップデートを促す画面が表示されます。\
「はい」をクリックするとi-Repo Designerのインストールが開始されます。

本画面内の「はい」ボタンからバージョンアップを行う場合、ご使用中のi-Repo Managerが保持しているインストーラーを使用してi-Repo Designerのバージョンアップを実行します。

そのため、ご使用中のi-Repo Managerのバージョンによっては**バージョンアップ後のi-Repo Designerは「最新版」とはならず、メッセージに記載されたバージョン要件を満たさない場合があります**。

その際は別途サポートWEBからインストーラーをダウンロードしてi-Repo Designerのバージョンアップを行ってください。

#### **ConMas Designer 7.2.20051 までをご使用の場合**

ConMas Designer 7.2.20051 までは、ConMas Managerをアップデートすると、それに合わせてConMas Designerのバージョンも必ずアップデートする必要があります。

ConMas Designerログイン時に新しいバージョンがリリースされている場合、以下のメッセージが表示されます。\
「はい」をクリックすると、最新版のインストーラのダウンロードが始まり、完了後にConMas Designerが終了してインストーラが起動します。\
「いいえ」をクリックするとログイン画面に戻ります。別途最新版のConMas Designerに更新してください。
