# データー取り込み

## **データー取り込みとは**

データー取り込みとは、ConMas i-Reporterで設定する各種情報を、指定されたフォーマット仕様で作成された外部ファイルの取り込みにより、追加・更新・削除する機能です。

## **データー取り込みを行う**

【手順】

1. データー取り込み画面を表示します。\
   ConMas Manager上部メニュー「システム管理」 ＞ 「データー取り込み」をクリックして、「データー取り込み」画面を表示します。<br>

2. 「データー取り込み」画面で、「取り込み対象」を選択します。<br>

3. 「データー取り込み」画面で、各項目を設定します。<br>

   **ファイル形式**\
   取り込むファイルがCSVファイルの場合は ”CSV”を、XMLファイルの場合は ”XML” を選択します。\

   **Encoding** \
   取り込むファイルのエンコードを指定します。\
   \
   **ファイル**\
   「ファイルの選択」をクリックして、取り込みを行うファイルを選択します。

4. 「登録」ボタンをクリックして、データー取り込みを実行します。

5. 「取込結果」を確認します。取込結果は、取り込みレコード単位で出力されます。&#x20;
